What?

The Inclusive Leadership Group (ILG) is a group of people with and without intellectual disabilities from L’Arche in the USA who have a passion for co-creating guidance on how core members and others with intellectual disabilities can be more actively engaged in consultation and leadership responsibilities within L’Arche and beyond.
