L’Arche International is the Federation that brings together all the L’Arche communities. Its team represents around 50 employees, half of them being in direct support and oversight to L’Arche communities around the world, the other half being members of the international support team (finance, HR, communications, administration, fundraising, evaluation and learning, formation, etc.). Members of this team regularly organise international meetings or formation courses, both online and in person, which bring together speakers of different languages. These events are often places for sharing and intercultural encounters.
We need interpreters at these meetings to enable participants to understand each other well and to express themselves in a language they are comfortable with, in particular from English into French and vice versa. The possibility of translating from or into Spanish would also be appreciated.
