As part of the Executive Leadership Team:

  • You will report in the areas of human services and advocacy.
  • You will supervise leaders, offering accountability and collaboration on a daily basis.
  • You will collaborate with Community Leadership to embed inclusivity in the work of L’Arche.

What you bring:

  • You have passion for inclusion of people with disabilities and the people who support them.
  • You have strong organization and logistical coordination skills.
  • You are open to responsive and proactive needs, ensuring daily programming goals are met.
  • You are invested in learning the current structures that support the mission of L’Arche.

A day at work:

  • You may have virtual or in-person work, with access to community life and shared office space.
  • You may support leaders in navigating the work, finding joy in the successes!
  • You may support an assistant at a medical appointment, modeling core member leadership and advocacy.
  • You may collaborate with leaders to ensure Core Members are getting to contribute meaningfully at home, work, in their communities, etc.
  • You will take time to build trust with L’Arche employees, core members, parents, friends, volunteers, medical providers, and other partners.
